My belly button is really hurting quite a bit today. I used to have this nice, lovely innie belly button that never mattered all that much to me. But now that I am starting to show (and grow), my belly button has really started to hurt and eve bruise a little.
So, in case you're interested, the current state of my belly button is mostly flat (still slightly innie) but starting to hurt more and more as it comes out. It's very soft, though- probably because that skin has never seen sun in it's life.
I emailed one of my professors from UT to tell him about the blessed event and he wrote back very quickly and was super-nice. It was a very, very nice email he sent back to me and it made me feel good the rest of the day.
I guess that's all my excitement for today- sadly.
