My belly button is really hurting quite a bit today. I used to have this nice, lovely innie belly button that never mattered all that much to me. But now that I am starting to show (and grow), my belly button has really started to hurt and eve bruise a little.
So, in case you're interested, the current state of my belly button is mostly flat (still slightly innie) but starting to hurt more and more as it comes out. It's very soft, though- probably because that skin has never seen sun in it's life.
I emailed one of my professors from UT to tell him about the blessed event and he wrote back very quickly and was super-nice. It was a very, very nice email he sent back to me and it made me feel good the rest of the day.
I guess that's all my excitement for today- sadly.

The body is a strange,strange thing. Espicially when streched out to the limit! Its like a turkey, when your baby is done your belly button will be "popped" out. Lovely huh!

Where is your little countdown ticker?
I wanted to change my layout and when i picked a new background, the ticker disappeared. I have my blog administrator (kb) working on putting it back. I never put it there in the first place because I don't know how to do that stuff. I guess she is pretty busy at work and when she has time, it will be back.
